Beta Program Policy

Authoritative notice explaining expectations, stability, STRM point testing, data continuity, and user responsibilities during the StrmFarm Beta Program.

1. Purpose

Welcome to the StrmFarm Beta Program.

The Beta Program provides early access to StrmFarm before its general public release. By participating, users help us improve platform stability, discover issues, validate new features, and shape the future of the StrmFarm ecosystem.

Because this is a beta release, certain features, services, and experiences may be experimental, incomplete, or subject to change.

This Beta Participation Notice explains what participants should expect while using the beta version of StrmFarm.

This Notice should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Security Policy, Verification Framework, Artist Campaign Policy, and all other applicable platform policies.

2. Nature of the Beta Program

The StrmFarm Beta Program is intended for testing, evaluation, and early feedback.

Although StrmFarm is designed to support everyday use, beta services remain under active development.

Participants acknowledge that:

  • Features may change.
  • Performance may vary.
  • Certain functionality may be added, modified, temporarily disabled, or removed.
  • Updates may occur frequently.
  • Platform behavior may evolve as improvements are released.

Participation in the Beta Program helps improve the platform for future public releases.

3. Feature Availability

Not every feature available within the application is necessarily enabled for every participant.

Some features may:

  • Be limited to selected users.
  • Require additional approvals.
  • Remain under development.
  • Be hidden behind feature flags.
  • Become available gradually.
  • Be removed without prior notice during testing.

Availability during beta does not guarantee availability after public launch.

4. Platform Stability

While StrmFarm strives to provide a reliable experience, beta software may occasionally experience bugs, unexpected behavior, service interruptions, performance degradation, compatibility issues, or temporary downtime.

Participants understand that occasional instability is an expected part of beta testing.

5. STRM Points & Rewards

The beta includes the STRM Points reward system for testing and validation purposes.

During beta:

  • Eligible users may earn STRM Points through verified platform participation.
  • Rewards remain subject to the platform’s verification systems.
  • Reward calculations, earning rates, eligibility requirements, and distribution mechanisms may be adjusted throughout the beta.
  • Abuse or attempts to manipulate rewards may result in enforcement actions.

Future blockchain integration, token functionality, and conversion mechanisms may expand the utility of STRM Points but are not guaranteed during the beta period.

6. Campaign Testing

Campaign functionality is available to eligible participants as determined by StrmFarm.

During beta:

  • Campaign submissions remain subject to review and approval.
  • Campaign functionality may evolve.
  • Campaign tools may change.
  • Additional campaign types may be introduced.
  • Administrative review processes may be refined.

Campaign participation does not guarantee discovery, recommendations, commercial success, or platform visibility.

7. Playback Verification

Playback verification remains a core component of the StrmFarm platform throughout beta.

Verification systems help ensure that rewards, campaigns, and platform participation reflect authentic listening activity.

To protect platform integrity:

  • Verification methodologies remain confidential.
  • Verification requirements may evolve.
  • Security improvements may be introduced without prior notice.
  • Fraud prevention systems may become more sophisticated over time.

Users should not rely on undocumented platform behavior when participating in campaigns or earning rewards.

8. Data & Account Continuity

StrmFarm intends to preserve user accounts and platform data as the platform transitions from beta to public release.

Unless otherwise required for operational, legal, or technical reasons:

  • User accounts will continue after beta.
  • Listening history will remain available.
  • Campaign history will be preserved.
  • Artist profiles will remain intact.
  • Eligible STRM Point balances will continue to be maintained.

Although continuity is the objective, StrmFarm cannot guarantee uninterrupted preservation of all beta data under every circumstance.

9. Feedback & Bug Reports

Participant feedback plays an important role in improving StrmFarm. Users are encouraged to report bugs, technical issues, incorrect reward behavior, or general suggestions.

Submitting feedback does not create an obligation for StrmFarm to implement requested changes.

10. Feature Changes & Platform Evolution

The StrmFarm platform will continue evolving throughout the beta program. Features may be improved, redesigned, renamed, replaced, temporarily disabled, or permanently removed.

11. User Responsibilities

Participants agree to use the platform responsibly, follow all applicable policies, respect other users, avoid fraudulent behavior, report significant issues, protect account credentials, and participate in good faith.

Users may not intentionally exploit software defects, security weaknesses, or verification systems.

12. Limitation of Expectations

Participation in the Beta Program does not create any guarantee regarding future platform features, reward values, token utility, blockchain integration, campaign availability, or commercial opportunities.

13. Ending Beta Participation

StrmFarm may suspend, restrict, or terminate beta participation where necessary to protect users or the platform. Participants may also stop using the beta at any time by deleting their account or discontinuing use of the Services.

14. Updates to This Notice

This Beta Participation Notice may be updated periodically as the Beta Program evolves. Material changes may be communicated through official communication channels.
