STRM Points Policy

1. Purpose

The STRM Points Program is designed to encourage authentic music discovery and verified listener engagement across the StrmFarm platform.

This STRM Points Policy explains how the Program operates, who may participate, how STRM Points may be earned, and the rules governing participation.

This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Service, Verification Framework, Fraud Policy, Artist Campaign Policy, DSP Playback Policy, Privacy Policy, and other applicable platform policies.

2. What Are STRM Points?

STRM Points are platform reward points that may be awarded to eligible users for qualifying participation in certain StrmFarm activities.

During the beta phase, STRM Points:

Are platform reward points.
Are not legal tender.
Are not cryptocurrency.
Are not bank deposits.
Are not securities or investment products.
Do not represent equity or ownership in StrmFarm.
Do not have guaranteed cash or monetary value.

STRM Points exist solely within the StrmFarm ecosystem unless StrmFarm expressly introduces additional functionality in the future.

3. Program Eligibility

Participation in the STRM Points Program requires that you:

Maintain an eligible StrmFarm account in good standing.
Comply with the Terms of Service and all applicable platform policies.
Successfully complete applicable verification requirements.
Maintain any required Premium subscription with a supported Digital Streaming Provider (DSP).
Remain eligible for the specific feature or campaign through which rewards are offered.

Meeting these requirements does not guarantee that STRM Points will be awarded.

4. How STRM Points Are Earned

STRM Points may only be earned through eligible activities recognized by the StrmFarm platform.

Examples of qualifying activities may include:

Verified music playback.
Participation in eligible artist campaigns.
Future platform programs introduced by StrmFarm.
Other qualifying activities designated by the platform.

Not every playback session, interaction, or activity will qualify for STRM Points.

Only activity that satisfies applicable verification, eligibility, and program requirements may receive rewards.

5. Campaign-Funded Rewards

Certain STRM Point rewards are funded through approved artist campaigns.

Campaign creators determine the reward amount they wish to offer, subject to platform-defined minimum reward requirements.

Campaigns are reviewed before becoming active and must comply with StrmFarm policies.

Participation in a campaign does not guarantee:

Recommendation placement.
Discovery visibility.
Streams.
Followers.
Audience growth.
Future rewards.

Campaigns are designed to encourage authentic discovery rather than purchase exposure or influence platform recommendations.

Unused campaign funds remaining after a campaign ends may be returned to the campaign owner in accordance with the Artist Campaign Policy and applicable platform rules.

6. Platform Reward Rules

To maintain fairness across the platform, StrmFarm applies operational rules to the STRM Points Program.

These rules may include:

Verification requirements.
Platform eligibility requirements.
Campaign eligibility.
Daily earning limitations.
Fraud prevention measures.
Platform integrity checks.
Administrative reviews.
Other operational safeguards.

Reward eligibility and calculations are determined using StrmFarm’s platform systems.

7. Daily Limits & Reward Caps

StrmFarm may establish reasonable earning limits, reward caps, participation limits, or similar safeguards to promote fairness, sustainability, and responsible operation of the STRM Points Program.

These limits may vary based on:

Program type.
Campaign configuration.
Platform requirements.
Operational needs.
Other applicable factors.

StrmFarm may modify these limits from time to time without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform.

8. Adjustments, Reversals & Corrections

StrmFarm may adjust, reverse, suspend, or remove STRM Points where reasonably necessary, including where points were awarded due to:

Verification corrections.
Technical errors.
Duplicate processing.
Fraud or abuse.
Campaign corrections.
Administrative errors.
Policy violations.
Legal or regulatory requirements.

Users are not entitled to retain STRM Points awarded in error.

9. Future Blockchain Integration

StrmFarm intends to introduce blockchain functionality in a future platform phase.

If implemented, eligible STRM Points may become convertible into supported digital assets, including USDC or other supported assets designated by StrmFarm.

Any blockchain functionality will be subject to:

Technical availability.
Regulatory compliance.
Identity or eligibility requirements where applicable.
Additional program terms.
Supported jurisdictions.
Operational readiness.

Nothing in this Policy guarantees that blockchain integration or conversion functionality will become available.

10. Future Withdrawals

Withdrawal functionality is not available during the current beta phase.

If withdrawal functionality becomes available in the future, it may be subject to:

Minimum withdrawal thresholds.
Identity verification requirements.
Wallet verification.
Compliance reviews.
Geographic availability.
Applicable taxes.
Transaction fees.
Additional eligibility requirements.

Future withdrawal functionality will be governed by separate terms and operational requirements where applicable.

11. Program Suspension & Removal

StrmFarm may suspend or permanently remove a user’s eligibility to participate in the STRM Points Program if the user:

Violates the Terms of Service.
Violates this Policy.
Engages in fraudulent activity.
Attempts to manipulate rewards.
Circumvents verification systems.
Participates in coordinated inauthentic activity.
Compromises platform integrity.

Removal from the STRM Points Program may occur independently of access to other StrmFarm Services.

Serious or repeated violations may result in additional enforcement actions, including account suspension or termination.

12. Program Changes

The STRM Points Program is an evolving platform feature.

StrmFarm reserves the right to:

Modify program rules.
Adjust eligibility requirements.
Introduce new earning opportunities.
Change reward calculations.
Add or remove supported features.
Suspend or discontinue the Program.

Where appropriate, material changes will be communicated through the Services or other official communication channels.

Continued participation in the STRM Points Program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
